San Marcos resort is located 350 m far from Santillana del Mar (one of the most beautiful villages in Spain and an example of Romanesque art in Cantabria ), 1km far from the Altamira Caves (well- known as the "Sistine Chapel" of art) probably the most famous prehistoric paintings in the world and 150m from the Zoo called after the village. Santillana del Mar is a medieval village, awesome for romantic getaways and quiet family stays. It´s such a privileged location and has excellent links with other areas by using the car . Our resort has two luxurious buildings of mountain architecture, Hotel **** Posada, framed in a large garden estate with an outdoor pool and apartments 100m built in mountain style with avant-garde touch.
